We have developed and implemented a Web enabled Container Leasing & Tracking software (www.vsnb.com/vsbol). This helps VS&B to track containers which have been leased to their customers from the date of lease agreement. The Customer can book and collect the containers form anywhere in the world and redelivery is monitored and accepted at the VS&B depots. The Software will raise lease rental invoices to customers on a monthly basis in the currency desired. The repair charges estimation is generated by the Depots. After the H.O has authorised the repair rates the container can be billed to the customer after deducting the repair charges. The software also manages the sale of containers after the lease agreement has expired and also charges to customers for the loss of a container.

This software also maintains the inventory of Containers in various depots of VS&B including Date, Container No., Manufacturing Date and Availability states. The Database is centralized with security and access controlled by VS&B.

    Contrack was developed using Internet Technologies. The Technologies used were HTML, DHTML, ASP, Java Script and MYSQL RDBMS.
