           This product allows registration of different service providers like Storage Agents, Equipment Agents, Container Agents and Trucking Agents with the broker and provide their services to the clients who request their services. When a visitor requests for a Quote by providing the move details, the system sends the Quote request by mail to the Storage, Container, Trucker and Equipment Agents based on the various predefined conditions. If the Agents are interested they can send a Quote for the request and the client on viewing the quotes can place the Order For Service and the Admin can generate the Invoices and Receipts.

           The Quote request will be sent only to the agents who have registered for that particular services and also based on the Zip-Code Radius calculation.

           Various Insurance options are also provided with the details. The clients can use the different Container types and special equipments for movement of Auto and Boat.
 

           Web enabled customized software for Tracking Redelivery of Containers. Customers and Shipping agents, who have forecasted/committed redelivery on a future date, will be reminded of the Container No, Quantity, date and Port of Redelivery, before the due date. The various offices of the container leasing company will also be reminded of the pending redelivery so that they will be ready to accept the redelivery.

           Also after the shipping agent has picked up the container from any where in the world, the software also reminds the agents that the Bill of Leading has not yet been sent to the leasing company head quarters.
 

           Web enabled Container Leasing & Tracking software. This helps the container company to track containers, which have been leased to their customers from the date of lease agreement. The customer can book and collect the containers form anywhere in the world and redelivery is monitored and accepted at the container companies depots. The Software will raise lease rental invoices to customers on a monthly basis in the currency desired. The depots generate the repair charges estimation. After the Head office has authorized the repair rates, the container can be billed to the customer after deducting the repair charges. The software also manages the sale of containers after the lease agreement has expired and also charges to customers for the loss of a container.

           This software also maintains the inventory of Containers in various depots of container company including date, Container no, Manufacturing date and Availability States. The Database is centralized with security and access controlled by the container company.
